# Sharing, pinning and marking topic as closed

## Share a topic 

If you wish to share a link to a topic, you have 3 options: 

* Copy the link from your search bar when you are on the Topic. 
* Click on the `Share` icon in the top right-hand corner of the Topic map from the Forum. The link is copied directly to your clipboard.

* Click on the `Share` icon in the toolbar of the Topic. The link is copied directly to your clipboard.<br>

## Pinning Topics in a Forum&#x20;

To highlight a Topic, admins can pin it. To do so, click on the icon at the top right of the Topic card.&#x20;

The pinned Topic :&#x20;

* has a 📌 icon at the top right of its card.&#x20;
* is displayed at the very top of the list regardless of the sorting selected.

If several topics are pinned, the most recently pinned topic is displayed first.&#x20;

To unpin a topic, click on the bar at the top right of the topic card.&#x20;

Only admins can pin or unpin a Topic.

## Mark a Topic as closed

If you feel like a Topic has been solved or if you don't want any more members to be able to post an answer on it, you can close it. Open the Topic and click on the `Mark as closed` button.&#x20;

Once a topic has been closed, it is still visible but no one will be able to reply to it. Members will still be able to vote for the topic or its replies. Admins will also still be able to pin the topic or the answers.

It is also possible to re-open a closed topic. To do this, simply click on the `Reopen Topic` button. It will then be possible to add replies to this Topic.
