To sign up for a live event, you must have an account on Spot. See here.
To sign up for the live event, click on the Participate button on the live event card or in the live room. Depending on your live settings, you'll see a confirmation modal. That's it, you're registered!
You can change your response at any time by clicking Participate on the live event card or in the live room, then selecting Do not participate from the menu.
If you are invited as the host speaker and you are the only host of the live event, you will not be able to change your response.
To decline the invitation, click the X button to the right of the Participate button on the live event card or in the live room. Depending on your live settings, you'll see a confirmation modal. You can still participate in the live event later by entering the studio!
If you are invited as the host speaker and you are the only host of the live event, you will not be able to decline the invitation.
You can change your response at any time by clicking Do not participate on the live event card or in the live room, and then selecting Participate from the menu.
Click the Register button. That's it, you're registered!
Depending on the privacy settings of the live event, you may see a message indicating that participation is by invitation only. In this case, feel free to contact the admin to get invited!
If the live event is a conference, simply go to the live room. All that's left is to wait for the live event to start and enjoy the show! You can interact with other participants at any time using the live chat!
If the live event is a workshop, once you have registered for the live event:
Click on Enter the studio.
Set up your participation settings (camera, microphone, etc.).
Click Participate.
If you are the host speaker, click Start the live.
