Participants table

From this page, view all course participants. The latter are listed in a table, allowing you to easily filter and order it to best manage your participants.

In this table, you'll find a list of course related information, specific to the course participants:

• Status:

  • Invited status refers to members invited by admins who have not yet started the course.

  • Started status refers to members who have started a course, i.e. who have completed at least one step at a given time.

  • Completed status designates members who have completed the final (conclusion) step of a course.

• Completion rate: this is the participant's progress rate, based on the current number of steps in the course.

Invite participants

In the top right-hand corner of the panel, you'll find the Invite participants button, which lets you add members to your course (within the complete list of Spot members). Simply select the members you wish to invite and click on Invite. Members you have invited will receive a notification in-app and via email.

Note

If you invite a member who already has an Invited, Started or Completed status on the course, then that participant will not receive an e-mail.

You can change the live invitation template to customize the notification received by your members or non-members! Below your audience table, in the side panel for inviting members, you can click on the View template button.

Even when the Notify by email option is not activated, you'll be able to view and modify the invitation template for your Spot's courses. However, the e-mail in question will not be sent for this particular course.

To modify a course template, you have several options:

• You can modify the emails for all courses from the Email Notifications section of a Spot's settings.

• You can modify the emails for a particular course from the Notifications section of the course's settings, or by clicking on View template in the live invitation side panel.
