We make it easy to stalk your members

On this page, you can use the data to evaluate your members' activities on the Spot.

Filters

At the top of the page, you'll find a section of filters that apply to the data displayed:

• Groups: select the group(s) whose data you wish to analyze.

• Role: select the role of the members whose data you wish to analyze.

• Activities: select the activity or activities you wish to view. You can choose from the following options: Joined the Spot, Requested to join the Spot, Left the Spot, Attended a live, Watched a replay, Completed a course step, Started a course, Completed a course, Registered to a live, Opened a document, Opened a link, Sent a message in a channel, Sent a message in a liveroom discussion, Sent a direct message, Reacted to a message from a channel, Reacted to a message from a liveroom discussion, Reacted on a page, Reacted on a link, Joined a channel, Left a channel, Created a topic, Answered a topic, Voted on a topic, Voted on a reply to a topic.

• Date: by selecting a date on the calendar, the activity list will display only the activities that occurred on your Spot on that specific date.

If you don't set a filter on an activity or a date, the list will automatically include all activities by default.

Good to know:

Activity tracking has been implemented since July 12, 2023. If your Spot was created before this date, any activities that occurred prior, will not be visible in the activity list.

Courses activity tracking has been implemented since October 22, 2024.

Download activities

To easily analyze your data, you can export them in .csv format (Excel, Goodle Sheets) by clicking on the download icon newt to the filters.

• Any filter you have applied to your activities will be taken into account to downloaded file.

• You can only download 1000 activities at a time. If the list you wish to download contains more than 1000 activities, only the last 1000 will be included in the file.

To view your data correctly, you must select the comma as separator when you open the file!

Overview

In this section, you'll have access to an overview of the activity on your Spot over time, presented in the form of a calendar. Each column corresponds to a week, while each box corresponds to a day. The intensity of the box's colour indicates the level of activity that occurred on the Spot on that particular day (the darker it is the more activity has occurred).

As you hover your mouse over a day, a legend will appear, displaying the number of activities that took place on the Spot during that day.

Latest activities

In this section, you'll find a list of activities. Activities are sorted by day and anti chronological order. Each activity includes information about the member who initiated it. By clicking on a member's name, you can view their personal details in a drawer. Similarly, if you click on the name of a resource such as a channel, live session, collection, document, or link, it will open for you to access.

Activities :

The activities tracked on the Spot are as follows:

Joined the Spot	A member is accepted into the Spot.
Requested to join the Spot	A member has subscribed to the Spot with a Pending status.
Left the Spot	A member has left the Spot.
Attended a live	A member subscribes to a live.
Watched a replay	A member opens the page of a live show that is in the past and offers a replay.
Completed a course step	AA member has completed a step in a course (if it is a quiz step, the score is displayed).
Started a course	A member started a course.
Completed a course	A member completed a course.
Registered to a live	A member opens the page of a live event that is live.
Opened a document	A member displays a document page.
Opened a link	A member opens a link.
Sent a message in a channel	A member sends a message in a channel.
Sent a message in a liveroom discussion	A member sends a message in a liveroom discussion.
Sent a direct message	A member sends a direct message.
Reacted on a channel	A member reacts to a message in a channel.
Reacted on a liveroom discussion	A member reacts to a message in a live discussion.
Reacted on a page	A member reacts on a page.
Reacted on a link	A member reacts on a link.
Joined a channel	A member joins a channel.
Left a channel	A member has left a channel.
Created a topic	A member creates a topic.
Answered a topic	A member answers to a topic.
Voted on a topic	A member votes to a topic.
Voted on a reply to a topic	A member votes to a reply to a topic.
