📩Invite new members

Because together we will go further.

To invite members to your Spot :

• Click on Manage my Spot then on Audience

• Click on the Invite to Spot button

You can share the access link to your community (your Spot) externally (on social networks, behind a button on your website, behind a banner on your email signature, in a QR ad, etc.). To do this, use the URL of your Spot (this works with all pages: homepage, livespace, liveroom etc.). They'll then be able to join your Spot directly!

A sidebar will open, allowing you to invite members using their email addresses. Then :

• Type the email address of the member you wish to invite

• Click on the Add button

• Enable or disable the sending of an invitation email with a Spot sign-up email.

• Click on the Invite button

Good to know

• Sending invitations is limited to 200 emails at a time.

• Each email must not exceed 50 characters.

• It is possible to enter several email addresses at the same time, by spacing them out or by adding a ";" between the addresses.

• If you make a mistake, you can delete an email by clicking on the cross (x) next to the address.

The individuals you have recently invited will be listed as Invited in the member list. They have the option to accept or decline the invitation, which will update their status to Accepted or Declined accordingly.

If a member has a Left or Deactivated status, you can invite them via their e-mail address, but they will not receive any e-mail or notification within the application.
