✏️Draft mode

A document in draft mode is not visible to Spot members, so you can edit it discreetly... Useful for planning content to be posted later ;)

Creating a draft

If you create a page, you can save it without publishing it: only the Spot admins will be able to see the page and participate in its writing until it is ready to be published!

To do this, click on Save as draft from the page editor.

Clicking Back will display the page map on your collection in light grey with a Draft status.

By hovering your mouse over this draft, the pencil icon ✏️ will appear: by clicking on it, you will be able to edit the draft and then choose to re-save it as a draft or publish it.

The same works for links: click on Save as draft from the link editing drawer and your members will not be able to see it.

Once a page or link has been published, it is possible to remove it from your members' view and edit it, using the draft mode.

Click on the pencil icon ✏️ that appears when you hover over a published document to access the page or link editor.

You can now click on Edit at the top right of the page editor, or at the bottom right of the link editor. All you have to do now is change the information you want, then Convert to Draft. When you return to the collection page, your document now appears greyed out and can be re-published at any time.
