Specify the members of your Spot who are eligible to register or receive invitations to the live event.

In terms of the privacy of live events, 2 levels of confidentiality are distinguished:

• Visibility: This is where you can define who can see that your live exists in the list of lives. You can choose between :

  • Public: members and non-members of your Spot will see it appear in your calendar

  • Private: only members of your Spot will be able to see the live in your calendar

  • Secret: only members invited by the organizer will be able to see that the live is taking place on the Spot

• Participation: This is where you can define who will be able to register for your live. You have several choices:

  • Open registration: all Spot members can log in and access the live stream directly

  • On invitation: only invited members will be able to participate in the live

  💡 Note: If you choose to put your live in "Secret" visibility, the "Participation" part does not appear: it is automatically "By invitation" mode.

• Registration confirmation: you can choose to display a confirmation modal when the member registers. A Modify modal button lets you customize the modal to suit your needs. You can define :

  • An emoji

  • A title

  • A description

Attention

By default, when you create a live, its confidentiality is set to "Secret". Remember to change it if you want to maximize the accessibility of your live to as many people as possible.
