You can access the metrics of a live event from the live room or from the Spot dashboard.
Metrics | Explanation |
---|---|
Live date | The date of the live event planned by the live event organiser. |
Status | The status of the live : - Upcoming: The live event has not yet taken place. - In progress: The live is in progress. - Ended: The live event is completed. |
Solution | The chosen solution for live: "Built-in studio", "No video", "Youtube" or "Vimeo". |
Type | The type of live : - "Workshop": The live is a Built-in studio of type Workshop. - "Conference": The live is either a Built-in studio of type Conference or a Youtube live or a Vimeo live. - The field is empty: The live is a "No video" type live. |
Recording | This column indicates whether the live is recorded or not. If it is not a "Built-in" live, the field is empty. |
Replay | This column indicates whether the replay is displayed or not. If it is not a "Built-in" live, the field is empty. |
Invitations | Number of invitations sent. |
Registrants | Number of registered participants to the live. |
Attendees | Number of people who have seen the live or replay. |
No show | Number of people who registered for the live event but did not watch the live or replay. It is calculated as the difference between the number of registrants and the number of attendees. If the difference is 0 then it displays 0. |
Attendance rate | Percentage of attendees in relation to those registered. |
Average watch time | Average viewing time. It takes into account the viewing time of both live and replay. It is calculated as the sum of the viewing times divided by the number of Attendees. If the average time is 0 then it displays 0. |
Replay viewers | Number of people who have seen the replay. If no one has seen it then it displays 0. |
The metrics data is not real-time. It is updated approximately every 20 minutes.
As soon as a user watches a video for 60 seconds, one minute of view is counted, whether the live stream is in progress or in replay.
If the user pauses the video, then the views are not counted.
In the studio, if a user spends 60 seconds in the studio, then one minute of views is counted, whether the live show is started or not.
Outside the studio, if a user watches the broadcast for 60 seconds, then one minute of view is counted, whether the live show is in progress or replayed.
Access the entire record of Live activities from the Live Room or from the Lives Dashboard:
From the LiveRoom, go to Dashboard
, then to the Activities
tab on the right of the Participants
tab.
From your Lives Dashboard in your Spot management, click on a live to open the activity record.
The complete log of Live Activities is displayed!
The activity history appears in anti-chronological order and actions are grouped by day. You can filter the list with specific activities. However, the list cannot be filtered by date.
As activities have only been tracked since July 12, 2023, earlier activities do not appear in the list.
Members in the activity list are clickable: click on a member's name to be redirected to his profile 😉.
