A collection allows you to group together in one place pages that you write and links to external content.

Creating a new collection

You can create a collection directly from the Create button in the "Collections" menu or from the "Manage my Spot" shortcut

A drawer will appear allowing you to set up this collection:

  1. Choose an icon (optional), a name (mandatory), and a description (optional).

  2. Define its accessibility, i.e. the members of the Spot are able to see the items in this collection.

    • Select Public if you want all members of your Spot to be able to see this collection.

    • Select Private if you want to select which Spot members will have access to this content.

Edit and delete a collection

Once in your collection, you can edit or delete it at any time. Click on the pencil icon that appears in the banner of your collection:

Once the collection's edit panel is open, change its icon, name or description at any time, then click Save.
