Accessing a member's public profile

Click on the member's card from the member directory, a sidebar opens with personal information. You can access this sidebar by clicking on the member's name from anywhere in the application (the author of a message, a mention, the participants of a live, etc.). Depending on your role on the Spot, you may not have access to all the information.

Profile composition

In the public profile of a member, you will find several pieces of information.

Title block

In this part, you will find general information about the member.

• Profile picture

• Name

• First name

• Headline

• Email address - Only visible to admins and yourself

Profile tab

In this tab, detailed information about this member is visible.

• Role on the Spot: role of the member on this Spot (Admin or Member).

• Status on the Spot: status of the member on this Spot (Accepted, Pending, Rejected, Invited, Declined or Deactivated) - Only visible by admins.

• Tags: tags associated with the member - An Add button allows admins to associate tags with the member.

• Groups: groups associated with the member, an Add button allows admins to associate tags with the member - Only visible to admins.

• Biography: biography of the member.

• Registration date: date when this member registered to the Spot.

• Registration form answers: the member's answers to the registration form - Only answers to public questions are visible to all members. The others are only accessible to admins.

• A Deactivate Member or Activate Member button: this button allows you to deactivate or reactivate a member - Only visible to admins.

Chat tab

In this tab, you will find the private chat you have with this member.
