# Accéder à son compte de facturation
Votre bilan comptable est faux ? 1. Changez de comptable. 2. Vérifiez le statut de votre abonnement MeltingSpot via votre compte Chargebee.
### Sur votre espace client, vous pouvez...
* Consulter le statut de votre abonnement
* Télécharger vos factures
* Modifier votre abonnement (sous le contrôle de MeltingSpot)
* Ajouter des options à votre abonnement
### Accéder à son portail
* Vous pouvez y accéder depuis l'adresse [meltingspot.chargebeeportal.com](https://meltingspot.chargebeeportal.com/)
* Entrez l’adresse mail utilisée au moment de la validation de votre abonnement et validez l’accès avec le code envoyé par mail
### Ajouter des options à son abonnement
Vous pouvez ajouter des options (par exemple des heures d’accompagnement par l’un de nos experts du community building) depuis votre compte. Pour cela :
1. Sélectionnez votre abonnement
2. Cliquez sur “Edit subscription” (modifier l’abonnement)
3. Cliquez sur “Ajouter un add-on”
4. Sélectionnez “Community Building Expert Support" (le prix par heure s'affiche)
5. Choisissez le nombre d’heure d’accompagnement souhaitées
6. Cliquez sur “Valider”. C'est tout bon ! 😎
