🚀Installing the AI Coach

Before it can be displayed on your site or application, the AI Coach requires the integration of a script provided by MeltingSpot. This step is done once per playbook, usually by a developer on your team.

Where to find the script

The Deploy your coach button gives access to the code to integrate, from two places:

• the list of your playbooks (Settings > Playbooks),

• the AI Coach page, Playbook tab, for the selected playbook.

Installing the script

Click Deploy your coach, copy the code, and integrate it into your site's source code, at the location indicated by your technical team (usually just before the closing </body> tag). You'll find all the NPM documentation here.

Once the script is installed and the page reloaded, the AI Coach can be displayed as soon as a hotspot is active or two-way conversation is enabled for this playbook (👉 more information here).

🔑 Without this script, no hotspot or AI Coach window can be displayed on your product, even if you have already configured intents.
