# Installer le coach IA

Avant de pouvoir s'afficher sur votre site ou votre application, le Coach IA nécessite l'intégration d'un script fourni par MeltingSpot. Cette étape se fait une seule fois par playbook, généralement par un développeur de votre équipe.

### Où trouver le script

Le bouton **Déployer votre coach** donne accès au code à intégrer, depuis deux endroits :

* la liste de vos playbooks (**Paramètres > Playbooks**),
* la page **Coach IA**, tab **Playbook**, pour le playbook sélectionné.

### Installer le script

Cliquez sur **Déployer votre coach**, copiez le code, et intégrez-le dans le code source de votre site, à l'endroit indiqué par votre équipe technique (généralement avant la fermeture de la balise `</body>`). Vous retrouverez l'ensemble de la documentation NPM [ici](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@meltingspot/coach.).

Une fois le script installé et la page rechargée, le Coach IA peut s'afficher dès qu'un hotspot est actif ou que la conversation à double sens est activée pour ce playbook (👉 plus d'information [ici](/coach-ia/experience-utilisateur/la-fenetre-du-coach-ia.md)).
