# Messages proactifs

Le Coach IA peut intervenir de sa propre initiative pour proposer une ressource pertinente, indépendamment des hotspots et des questions. Activez ce comportement via le switch **Messages proactifs**, depuis **Paramètres > Coach IA > Persona** (👉 plus d'information [ici](/coach-ia/configuration/configurer-le-coach-ia.md)).

Une intervention proactive n'est jamais une réponse à une question : c'est une initiative du Coach IA, basée sur le comportement de l'utilisateur.

### Quand le Coach IA intervient-il ?

* **Première connexion** : lorsque le membre se connecte pour la première fois, le coach l'accueille. 
* **Contenu non complété** : lorsque le membre navigue sur une page sur laquelle un hotspot est lié à un cours ou un learning path qu'il a commencé mais pas terminé, le coach le lui propose.  
* **Nouveau contenu :** lorsque le membre navigue sur une page sur laquelle il y a un nouveau contenu, le coach peut le lui reproposer. 

Le coach ne propose qu'une seule ressource à la fois. Aucun contenu explicitement "Skip" au cours des sept derniers jours n'est relancé.
