# Gérer vos playbooks

Un playbook correspond à un site web ou une application sur lequel le Coach IA est intégré. Vous devez créer un playbook avant de pouvoir y placer des hotspots ou des intentions.

La création, la consultation et la suppression d'un playbook se font depuis la page **Playbooks** des settings de votre Spot. Le contexte conversationnel se configure depuis une page séparée : voir [Configurer votre Coach IA](/coach-ia/configuration/configurer-le-coach-ia.md).

### Créer un playbook

1. Allez dans **Paramètres > Playbooks**.
2. Cliquez sur **Nouveau**.
3. Renseignez l'URL du site cible.
4. Cliquez sur **Créer**.

Vous êtes redirigé vers la page de ce playbook, où vous retrouvez la liste de ses pages (👉 plus d'informations [ici](/coach-ia/configuration/gerer-les-pages-dun-playbook.md)).

### Consulter vos playbooks

La page **Playbooks** affiche vos playbooks sous forme de cartes. Pour chacun, vous retrouvez :

* son icône (favicon du site cible, ou icône générique),
* l'URL racine du site cible,
* le nombre d'intentions et de pages configurés,
* la date de dernière mise à jour,
* un badge rouge indiquant le nombre d'intentions en attentes.

Cliquez sur une carte pour accéder à la liste des pages de ce playbook.

### Supprimer un playbook

Depuis la page d'un playbook, cliquez sur **Supprimer le playbook**. Saisissez "DELETE" dans la modale pour confirmer.

Supprimer un playbook supprime aussi toutes ses pages, hotspots et intentions. Cette action est irréversible.

### Et le conversationnel ?

Un playbook fonctionne très bien sans conversation activée : le Coach IA peut afficher des intentions sans qu'aucune conversation ne soit configurée.
